Students in Grade 3 have been busy getting acquainted with their new library. They have reviewed and practiced how to access book information using the online catalog and are now practicing how to locate books in the different sections of the library using call numbers. Working with partners, students were tasked with locating six different titles and used an iPad to take a "shelfie" of the book covers.

Third graders have moved into their Native American folktale unit. They arelistening to and discussing stories from Nantive Nations across America - the Wampanoag, the Lenni-Lenape, the Crow and the Inuit. They are having fun learning to write using Native American pictographs!
