Greetings from the Nantucket Intermediate School library! My name is Laura Salvati Coburn and I'm in my tenth year with Nantucket Public Schools. After spending eight years in the NES Library, I made the move to NIS. I have a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education, a Masters degree in Educational Technology, and an Educational Library Media Specialist certification.

My love of children's literature and working with children led me into the library and into a profession that gives me great satisfaction and joy. I look forward to getting to know every student and inspiring a love of reading and literature in all of them.
