Mrs. Karen Gottlieb

I am thrilled to be starting my first year as a fifth grade teacher at Nantucket Intermediate School! I have previously taught throughout our school system in grades pre-K to grade 12, in both special and regular education. This year marks my 31^st year of teaching in our district, having recently taught in grades K-2 at the Nantucket Elementary School. I have a BA in Special and Elementary Education and my M.Ed in Curriculum and Instruction, with an emphasis in Literacy. 

I love teaching and working with students. It's one of the highlights of my life!
