• Annual Student Verification

    Every year, parents and guardians are asked to VERIFY information for all of their children who attend NPS because the schools need the most current medical records and permission for all students. This process IS NOT the registration process; parents do not need to re-enroll their child(ren) each year, unless the students were formally withdrawn. 

    Forms can be found on the Family Connection.  Parents must log in to the  Aspen Parent Portal to access the Family Connection.  We ask all parents/guardians to complete this process before the start of the school year.  If you need to reset your password or Login ID, please check your SPAM folder.  Also, you will need to enable pop-ups for the system to work properly. 

    Parents/Guardians will provide the following information during the verification process: 

    • Parent/Guardian contact information and physical and mailing address
    • Updated medical information
    • Permission slips and authorization forms
      • Media Release
      • On-Island Field Trip Permission Slip
      • Student Technology Account Agreement
      • School-Issued Device Agreement
      • Regular Bus Transportation Authorization Form

    The slide decks below demonstrate how to log into Aspen and the Family Connection to complete the verification form.

    Troubleshooting: 

    • A blank screen is caused because pop-ups were not allowed on that site, so you will need to unblock pop-ups.
