• The Records Access Officer (RAO) duties include assisting and providing requesters and records custodians, and preparing guidelines to enable requesters to make "informed" requests.  The RAO is available to answer questions concerning public records and helps facilitate the making and /or provides public records information.  The RAO has access to confidential and sensitive information and is responsible to compile information for public dissemination, when appropriate.  The RAO cannot provide information if said request is not redactable (if necessary) and/or if said request violates civil rights protections.
