Kate Hickson

My name is Kate Hickson and I teach Spanish IV-H, V-H, and AP Spanish Language and Culture at NHS. I have lived on Nantucket fror 33 years. After twice teaching Spanish as a long term sub, I came on board full time in September 2005. I majored in Spanish at Bates College, attended the University of Barcelona for my junior year, and I received a MA from Middlebury College in 2011. I enjoy travelling to Spanish speaking countries, both alone and with student groups. To date, I have been to Spain, the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Ecuador, Argentina, Uruguay, and Chile.
