Mrs. Elizabeth Reinemo

Elizabeth Reinemo received her degree in English and her Masters of Art in Teaching from Boston University. She is currently in her 13th year as a high school English teacher, her 12th year on the island. Liz currently teaches honors freshmen and college prep seniors. At Nantucket High School,Liz has been a faculty advisor for various groups including Peer Mentors, Mermaids and Mentors, junior class advisor, senior class advisor and department chair. She has worked with Autism Speaks since the inception of the Perfect Pals program 11 years ago and has volunteered as the faculty liaison. She is the clerk of both the Harvey Foundation and the Nantucket Partnership for Children boards. She and her husband, Matt, have two children: Chick (7) and Vivian (5). As a family, you can find them wetting a line, reading, or kicking it in their neighborhood.
