Mr. Tom Proch

 Culinary Instructor at NHS.  I have 30 plus years experience in the restaurant and food service industry. A graduate of Johnson & Wales culinary school. My extensive traveling and working with many cultures and experiencing different cuisines has had a positive effect on my career. I have changed my career from Chef to Chef Instrucror. Teaching young people about food, cuisines and the basics in cooking. Learning to cook for themselves and family and friends is an important life skill. If students choose to further their knowledge and consider a future in food service, I am there to guide them with college choices as well  as working them into one of our local restaurants.
