The Registration Process

  • New registration consists of 5 steps.

    1. If you do not have a parent login for Aspen, you must contact either your child's school, the tech dept (508-228-7280 x1279) or submit a Help Request to provide an email address. Login credentials and instructions will be emailed to you.

    2. Log into Aspen and click on the link found on your Pages tab to enter Family Connection, the online registration portal. Aspen/Family Connection Info may be found here.

    3. Complete all requested information in the portal and submit the data to Aspen by clicking on the green button that appears when you make changes.
      • You will need to complete the first page and save if you wish to resume at a later time.
      • You must select the green Submit button to finalize submission.
      • Please allow 20-30 minutes to complete this registration process. 

    4. Make an appointment with the school. Contact information for individual schools may be found by clicking on the Make an Appointment link for your school to the left.

    5. At your appointment, approve the information received online and provide copies of your child's birth certificate, Immunization records, and proof of residency.

    If you do not have access to a computer or internet, please contact the Tech Help Desk or call 508-228-7285 x1279. Public computers are also available at the Nantucket Atheneum located at 1 India Street.
