Nantucket High School Athletic Training Program
Nantucket High School's Athletic Training Program shall provide prevention, injury awareness and rehabilitation services to the athletes of Nantucket. We are committed to guarantee the safety and education of our athletes by always providing exceptional care.
The Athletic Training program requires the completion of a few pre-participation items before the athletic seasons, aside from the registration on FamilyID and a participating user fee which are submitted to NPS Athletic Director, Chris Maury. Student athletes must complete;
- Submitting a copy of your most recent doctor's physical
- NPS utilizes the ImPACT computerized concussion evaluation system, all student athletes must complete ImPACT testing every two years. Contact Atheltic Trainer Matt Hunt at email@example.com to schedule ImPACT testing.

The NPS Athletic Training program uses AT GENIUS for documentation and reporting.
