Mrs. Elizabeth Davidson

I have been teaching at Nantucket High School for 27 years. I began as a Field Hockey coach in 1986 and started my teaching career in 1991. After graduating from a small high school, much like Nantucket, I earned my Bachelor of Science in Physical Education from Keene State College in 1984. I feel very fortunate to have worked with a great mentor, David Webb, who inspired and helped me to be the teacher I am today. Our Wellness curriculum is designed around lifetime activities. I regularly attend yoga classes and go for jogs when the weather permits. It is my hope for each student to understand the role physical activity plays in their overall well being and to inspire them to continue to be active throughout their various stages of life.
