    The Abbott & Fenner Scholarships are available to all high school juniors and seniors as well as all students currently registered in any accredited post-secondary institution. Students will submit an essay on the topic that appears on the scholarship page of our web site.

    American Legion (Sons of) This scholarship is awarded by the Sons of the Nantucket American Legion Scholarship Fund to provide educational opportunities to benefit graduates of Nantucket High School who are pursuing higher education at a certified college, university, vocational or technical school.     American Legion Byron Sylvaro Scholarship The American Legion is offering scholarships for further education. A personal letter must be sent to the American Legion Scholarship Committee stating your intended college and major, your college expenses, and career goal after completion of college.     Artists Assoc. Rebecca Westcott Scholarship This $1,000 scholarship is awarded annually to a deserving Nantucket High School senior or alumni studying art in college in memory of Rebecca Houser Westcott by her family and friends.     Artists Association of Nantucket Scholarship Artists Association of Nantucket awards two deserving Nantucket High School seniors furthering their education in the visual arts, art education or art therapy or former grads currently studying art in college.     Baxter Waldman Memorial Scholarship The Baxter Waldman Memorial Scholarship is aimed to assist graduating seniors whose primary residence is Nantucket and who is involved in their school and community. The type and amount of aid awarded shall be at the discretion of the Board of Directors of the Community Foundation and may include, but is not limited to, $2000 per year.     The Association offers scholarships to graduating high school seniors and college students who have been born on and currently reside on Cape Cod or the Islands for up to four years of an undergraduate program. Past recipient applications are due on March 15th.

    Cape Cod Republican Club Scholarship Applicants should be graduating high school seniors who are college bound and have financial need.     CCCC Educational Foundation Scholarships Each year Cape Cod Community College offers over $250,000 in scholarships to graduating high school seniors planning to attend CCCC.     Club Madeirense S.S. Sacramento, Inc. Vocational Scholarship Graduating senior seeking an undergraduate or associate degree from an accredited college or university.     Corky Ranney Comm. Service Scholarship Friends of Nantucket Public Schools will award one-two $1000 community service scholarships to graduating seniors.     Cranberry Educational Foundation The Mission of the Cranberry Educational Foundation is to introduce the American cranberry, cranberry farming and its heritage to the communities in the area. They offer 3 scholarships to seniors or alumni in the cranberry growing towns in MA who are furthering their education with priority given to those studying cranberry agriculture, natural resources or the environment.     Culinary Arts/Restauranteur Scholarship This Harvey Foundation scholarship will be given to deserving graduating seniors to further their career and education in culinary arts/restaurant/hotel management or hospitality. See application for more information. $2,000 Culinary 5/1/2024
    Dorothy Harrison Egan Found. Scholarship Recipients must be pursuing a course of study relating to health and/or health care (such as biology) at an accredited college, medical school or other educational institution. Preference will be given to residents of Nantucket, but scholarships are not limited to such residents and all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply. See application for more info.     Elizabeth R. Coffin Memorial Scholarship To be eligible for the Elizabeth R. Coffin Momorial scholarship, students must be seniors at Nantucket High School and have attended this school for four years. See application for more information. $1,000 Need Based 4/15/2024
    Ellen W. Thomas Scholarship Special consideration given to a young man who has taken industrial arts courses in high school or furthering his education in trade school.     Emily Stover Memorial Scholarship Purpose: To provide scholarships to upstanding Nantucket community members who are passionate about helping others and who have chosen a career path with this intention in mind.     Gary and Glenn DaSilva Scholarship The purpose of the Fund is to provide a scholarship to a Nantucket High School graduating senior who will be attending a certified trade school after completion of High School.     Gary Philbrick Memorial Golf Scholarship The applicant must live on Cape Cod & the Islands and be enrolled or enrolling in college for a career in the golf industry. Please follow the link for this year's application. Athletic 5/31/2024
    Gosnold Scholarship Gosnold, Inc., the Cape's largest provider of addiction and mental health services, is offering two $2500 scholarships to a graduating Cape Cod senior who has been accepted and is entering college in the fall of 2020.
